Commercial Solicitor (27 PQE)

The Role: Commercial & Technology-Focused Advisory
This is a wide-ranging commercial role supporting a diverse client base on day-to-day and strategic matters including:
- Drafting and negotiatingcommercial contracts(supplier customer outsourcing and general trading agreements)
- Advising onIT and technology contracts(SaaS software licensing implementation support and maintenance)
- Supporting ondata protectionmatters (UK GDPR-aligned advisory policies data sharing and risk management)
- Working closely with colleagues across the firm to deliver pragmatic commercial advice
- Building trusted relationships with clients and contributing to business development (where appropriate)
Experience & Requirements (What Our Client Needs)
To be considered youll ideally have:
- 27 years PQEas a Commercial Solicitor (or equivalent experience)
- Strong UK law firm experiencehandling commercial contract work
- Demonstrable experience advising oncommercial agreementsandtechnology/IT contracts
- Exposure todata protection advisory work(UK GDPR)
- Excellent drafting skills and the ability to manage matters with appropriate supervision
- A professional client-facing approach and confidence communicating with stakeholders
