Role
- Draft and negotiate contracts and documents with supervision as required
- Assist the senior team members in advising clients on transactions mergers acquisitions and disposals
- Play an active role in business development
- 1-3 years PQE
- Experience in corporate / M&A law
- Attention to detail and excellent drafting skills
