HR Shared Services Analyst II

This position is designated as a hybrid role based out of our headquarters near Portland Oregon. The current expectation is for employees to work onsite four days per week subject to change based on business needs. This in-office requirement may be adjusted at the discretion of the company.

ABOUT THE POSITION

The HR Shared Services team provides operational HR support and delivers exceptional customer service to employees and managers across North America. Our Tier 2 Shared Services Analysts serve as problemsolvers trusted partners and the connective tissue across HRhelping employees navigate processes resolving more complex inquiries and supporting critical HR operations.

Youll join a growing global support model collaborating closely with team members in the U.S. and India to ensure consistent highquality service. This is a great role for someone ready to deepen their HR experience build broad generalist capabilities and contribute to continuous improvement across our HR ecosystem.

HOW YOULL MAKE A DIFFERENCE

• Serve as a Tier 2 HR resource resolving escalated or more complex employee and manager inquiries with accuracy empathy and strong followthrough.
• Partner with HR Centers of Excellence to support operational processes knowledgebase updates and the creation of resources that improve employee self service.
• Analyze inquiry trends and identify opportunities to improve processes tools and SOPsbringing forward insights and driving improvements.
• Support HR operations work such as I9 reverifications positionmanagement updates and other repeatable workflows that require judgment and attention to detail.
• Collaborate with our India Shared Services team to transition work align on processes and ensure a smooth global employee experience.

• Comfortable navigating changing workflows shifting priorities and evolving team responsibilities.

YOU HAVE

• 24 years of experience in HR customer service operations retail management or a related role supporting peoplefocused processes.
• Strong problemsolving skills with the ability to interpret SOPs and apply judgment when the answer isnt obvious.
• Experience supporting customers through email ticketing systems or similar service channels.
• Solid proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with HR systems (Workday HRIS CRM/ITSM tools) is a plus but not required.
• A commitment to handling sensitive employee information with care and adhering to privacy principles.
