What Youll Do

Book and manage incoming customer callswith professionalism and accuracy
Identify and assess customer needsto ensure satisfaction with services provided
Build strong relationshipswith customers by delivering exceptional service and support
Maintain detailed and accurate recordsof customer interactions needs requests and follow-up tasks
Handle and de-escalate customer complaintsin a calm solution-focused manner
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth scheduling and quality service delivery
