Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventative maintenance troubleshooting and repair on a wide range of commercial systems.
- Complete detailed service reports and work orders accurately documenting work performed parts used and time spent on each job.
- Provide clear and professional communication with clients explaining technical issues in an understandable manner.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior PM technicians and apprentices.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures ensuring a safe work environment for yourself and others.
Qualifications
- 5 years of experience as a commercial HVAC Service Technician.
- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
- Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills.
- Effective communication and customer service abilities.
