Job Summary
Job Description - Contract Analysts
Drafting & Negotiation: Analyse and validate contract terms and conditions (e.g. liability payments) to protect company interests.
Compliance & Risk Mitigation: Ensure contracts meet legal regulatory and company standards.
Lifecycle Management: Maintain contract files track milestones and manage renewals.
Collaboration: Work with internal departments (e.g. Business Finance Legal) to ensure standard contract requirements are met.
Reporting: Generate reports on contract status and flag potential risks.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Education: Bachelors degree in law or a related field.
Experience: 2 4 years of experience in contract administration legal or compliance.
Skills: Proficiency in contract management software MS tools strong analytical abilities high attention to detail
Knowledge: Understanding of legal terminology and business law
