Accounts Receivable and GST ComplianceLocation ChennaiRole On contractRequired Skills & QualificationsBachelors degree in Commerce Accounting or Finance23 years of experience in Accounts Payable / Employee Reimbursements (ERA)Good knowledge of AP processes reimbursement policies and approvalsBasic understanding of GST TDS and statutory complianceProficiency in MS Excel and accounting/ERP systems (Tally SAP etc.)Strong attention to detail with good coordination and communication skillsJob ResponsibilitiesVerify employee reimbursement claims against approved policiesCheck supporting documents such as bills receipts and approvalsEnsure correct accounting and cost center allocationProcess reimbursement entries in the accounting/ERP systemCoordinate with HR and department heads for approvals and clarificationsEnsure timely reimbursement to employees through bank transferMaintain proper documentation for audit and compliance purposesReconcile ERA balances periodicallyEnsure compliance with statutory and tax requirements (GST income tax etc.)
