Job Overview:
Example: CGI is looking for a talented and motivated Java Fullstack with strong expertise in Payments domain to build and manage scalable efficient and reliable data pipelines and infrastructure. Youll play a key role in transforming raw data into actionable insights working closely with data scientists analysts and business teams.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

Design and develop full-stack payment applications using Java (Spring Boot) on the backend and / Angular / on the frontend.

Integrate with third-party payment gateways processors and banking APIs (e.g. Visa Mastercard ACH RTP SWIFT SEPA).

Build secure and scalable RESTful APIs for transaction processing and account services.

Collaborate with business analysts product managers QA and DevOps teams to deliver robust solutions.

Write clean maintainable and well-documented code following best practices.

Participate in code reviews unit testing and continuous integration pipelines.

Monitor system performance and troubleshoot production issues related to payments.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

Must Have Skills :

6-8 Years years of experience as a Full Stack Developer with a strong emphasis on Java (Spring Boot) and modern JavaScript frameworks ( Angular or ).

Solid understanding of payment processing systems including:

Card-based transactions (Visa/MasterCard/AMEX)

Experience working with RESTful APIs JSON and message queues (Kafka RabbitMQ).


Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases (e.g. PostgreSQL MongoDB).

Strong knowledge of security practices in financial applications (encryption tokenization authentication).

Experience with Agile/Scrum CI/CD pipelines (e.g. Jenkins GitLab) and source control (Git).

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.
