Job Summary
Overview
The Vice President Strategic Proposals will be responsible for guiding proposal strategy aligning cross-functional stakeholders and ensuring submissions reflect operational strength financial discipline and differentiated positioning. Ideal candidate would be a senior leader who understands both strategy and execution and can operate confidently at the executive level while driving disciplined proposal performance. This is a highly visible role that partners directly with executive leadership and plays a critical part in long-term growth.
Responsibilities
- Lead strategy and execution for large competitive government bids
- Direct cross-functional proposal development efforts
- Shape positioning messaging and overall submission quality
- Ensure alignment between operational models pricing and narrative strategy
- Strengthen proposal processes and infrastructure to support national growth
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree required masters degree preferred
- Minimum 7 years experience leading complex government RFP responses
- Demonstrated success in competitive public-sector procurements
- Executive presence and strong cross-functional leadership capability
- Experience in healthcare or other regulated environments preferred
- Must have the ability to maintain confidentiality of all proprietary and/or confidential information
- Must possess strong written and verbal communication skills
