Job Summary

This is a remote position.

Work on Australian construction projects without leaving the Philippines.

Maintain Technology is looking for an experienced Construction Estimator/ Quantity Surveyor to help review and validate trade quotes across residential construction projects in Australia.

This is a fully remote role where youll apply your expertise in construction estimating quantity take-offs and trade scope analysis while working with a modern digital quoting platform.

If you have experience in cost estimation subcontractor pricing review or quantity surveying and want exposure to international construction standards and projects this role offers a unique opportunity to combine your technical expertise with a fast-growing technology platform.

Requirements

5 years experience in construction estimating or quantity surveying
Experience working on residential construction projects
Experience reviewing subcontractor quotes or trade tenders
Strong understanding of trade packages and construction cost structures

Qualifications

Preferred qualifications include:

Experience working with Australian US UK or international construction projects
Experience in outsourced estimating or offshore construction support teams
Familiarity with metric and imperial measurements
Understanding of trade packages and subcontractor pricing

Professional certifications (advantageous but not required):

Licensed Civil Engineer (PRC)
Cost Engineering or Construction Estimating certifications
Training in Quantity Take-Off (QTO) construction estimating or project costing
Australian Institute of Quantity Surveyors (AIQS)
Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS)
