Job Overview:
This pivotal role involves owning media strategy and performance across European markets includingbriefingplanningoptimizingandreportingpaid mediacampaigns acrosschannels.
The successful candidate willbe responsible formedia budget governance mediatest and learn plans anddeveloping integrated media plans that drive brandand businessgrowth.
The Senior Media Manager will be an integral part of the European marketing team reporting directly to theDirector of Media and working closely withagency partners andlocal market specialists to translate and localize media strategies.
This role will ensure effective navigation of tasksdrivinggrowth and synergies whilemaintainingstrategic focus with a particular emphasis on alignment efficiency and optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement media strategies forCircle KsEuropeanMarketsto deliver businessobjectivesin linewith European guidelines and local market priorities.
Lead mediabriefingplanningoptimisationand reportingfor all paid media campaigns across these markets.
Managetherelationship withmedia agency teamsand partners to ensure best-in-classengagementexecutionand innovation.
Collaborate with local market specialists to adapt and localize media plans anditerateon performance improvements.
Deliverintegrated campaigns acrossuppermidand lower funnelensuring message consistency and brand role will have close collaboration and support from theDigital Performance Marketing Manager for Europe.
Be responsible formarketing effectivenessincludingcampaign measurement & test plans in local markets in collaboration withResearch & Insightsand Data & Analytics.
Monitor media performance analyse results andprovideactionable insights to improve future campaigns reporting on and attending in person local marketing VPMDand category team sessions as needed.
Manage and govern the media budget across markets to ensure effective return on investment.
Support the development and execution of social media strategies inour legacy European markets.
Ensure compliance with brand guidelines privacy regulations and accessibility standards in all media activities.
Stay up to date with media trends technologies and best practices and proactively recommendnew approachesto drive effectiveness.
Key Requirements:
Proven experience in media strategy planning and buying preferably withinat least some of the markets weoperatein.
Strong analytical skills and experience using media analytics tools and platforms.
Excellent communication interpersonal and project management skills with the ability to collaborate with cross-functionaland cross-marketteams.
Experience managing media agencies and vendor relationships.
Ability to adapt global and regional media strategies to local market conditions.
Proven experience in building brand presence across paid owned and earned channels.
Proficiencyin Englishadditionallocallanguages relevantto European marketwill be considered as an advantage.
