Senior Process Technician

The Senior Process Technician supports the efficient running of production operations ensuring the quality of the product operational efficiency and continuous improvement. This role acts as a key technical resource within the production environment focusing on optimizing processes and maintaining high standards of safety and productivity.

Key responsibilities:

• This is an on-site position.

• Support the efficient running of production operations ensuring product quality and meeting site-specific efficiency targets.

• Standardize work practices by reducing waste and actively supporting process equipment upgrades and improvements.

• Improve plan attainment and update run rates as required ensuring machines achieve scrap and productivity targets.

• Perform all work in accordance with standard working methods regarding safety quality service and productivity.

• Implement best practice problem-solving techniques to troubleshoot operational issues and escalate complex problems where appropriate.

Qualifications :

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment ideally within a GMP or ISO Class 8 cleanroom setting.

• Strong communication skills with a proven ability to collaborate effectively across functional teams.

• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to operate as an independent thinker to resolve operational challenges.

• Proficient in following production and process specifications and maintaining accurate operating records.

• Leaving Certificate or equivalent; a technical certificate or vocational training in a related field is highly preferred.
