* Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and expand market share across key segments including MICE leisure and corporate.
* Lead mentor and inspire a high-performing sales team fostering a culture of accountability collaboration and excellence.
* Identify new business opportunities and strengthen relationships with key partners agencies and MICE clients.
* Monitor sales performance market trends and competitor activity to optimize strategies and achieve revenue targets.
* Work closely with revenue management marketing and operations teams to maximize commercial performance.
Qualifications :
* 35 years in a leadership role preferably with a 5-star international chain
* Proven track record in driving revenue growth and managing key market segments particularly MICE and international markets.
* Excellent communication negotiation and relationship-building skills.
* Strategic thinker with the ability to lead teams and deliver results in a dynamic fast-paced environment.
