Job Summary

Job Title: IT Specialist

Job Type: (Remote)

Jonesbororealtycompany is seeking an experienced IT Specialist to join our growing team. As an IT Specialist you will be responsible for maintaining and improving our companys technological infrastructure. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package.

Key Responsibilities:

- Install configure and maintain computer systems servers and networks

- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and provide timely solutions

- Monitor system performance and ensure efficient operation

- Perform regular backups and ensure data security

- Install and update software and operating systems as needed

- Provide technical support to employees and resolve any IT-related issues

- Create and maintain documentation of IT procedures and processes

- Stay up-to-date with new technology trends and make recommendations for improvements

- Collaborate with other departments to identify and implement technology solutions to improve business processes

- Manage and maintain inventory of IT equipment and supplies

- Train employees on new technology and software as needed

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role

- Strong knowledge of computer systems networks and software

- Experience with Windows and Mac operating systems

- Knowledge of network security and data backup/recovery

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks

- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
