Job Summary
Job Description: Accounts Receivable Specialist at Kurtela Retail Solutions (KRS)
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage accounts receivable functions and ensure timely collection of payments from clients
- Reconcile accounts and resolve any billing discrepancies
- Generate and send out invoices to clients
- Monitor aging accounts and follow up on overdue payments
- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions
- Collaborate with internal teams to address client billing inquiries
- Prepare financial reports related to accounts receivable
Essential Qualifications:
- Proven experience in accounts receivable and collections
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Office particularly Excel
Desired Experience:
- 1 Year minimum experience in accounts receivable
- Experience working in retail or related industry is a plus
Salary & Benefits:
- Minimum Salary: $85000
- Maximum Salary: $120000
- Currency: USD
