About the Role
We are looking for a performance-driven Paid Media Campaign Manager to manage and optimize paid search campaigns for. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with Google Ads and Microsoft Ads campaign strategy performance optimization and analytics to drive revenue growth and maximize ROAS.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan launch and manage paid search campaigns across Google Ads including Search (Brand & Generic) Performance Max AI Max RLSA and Remarketing campaigns to drive bookings and revenue growth.
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance daily by analyzing bids budgets pacing search terms asset performance.
- Develop and execute paid media strategies and media plans aligned with business objectives including budget allocation demand trend analysis audience targeting and funnel optimization across awareness consideration conversion and retention stages.
- Set up campaigns end-to-end including geo-targeting audience segmentation asset group creation and creative collaboration while ensuring all campaigns follow brand guidelines and best practices.
- Conduct ongoing experimentation and A/B testing across ad creatives audience lists bid strategies landing pages and campaign structures to improve performance and scale high-performing campaigns.
- Lead regular client communication including weekly performance discussions campaign updates and strategic recommendations while collaborating with analytics creative and planning teams for seamless campaign execution.
- Ensure compliance with campaign QA processes brand guidelines and internal documentation standards while maintaining accurate reporting campaign setups and optimization logs.
Required Skills
- 36 years of experience in Paid Media / PPC / Performance Marketing.
- Hands-on expertise with Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
- Strong experience managing Search and Performance Max campaigns.
- Proficiency in campaign optimization A/B testing and performance analytics.
- Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate campaign data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
