Collect delinquent student loans to protect assets. Manual outbound collection attempts are initiated via auto-dialer. Initiate a small percentage of incoming calls.Starting pay rate of $15.75 per addition there is a commission plan of up to $1250 per month.
To be eligible for this role you must reside within a 60 mile radius of Lincoln NE or Brownsville TX
Training hours (3 weeks): Monday-Friday 8:00a.m.-4:30p.m. CST
Shift post-training:
Monday-Friday 11:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m. CST
Responsibilities
Commit to Performance Based Organization (PBO) & Easy To Do Business With (ETDBW) philosophy
Contribute to Continuous Process Improvement
Contact borrowers via telephone mail and email to establish payment arrangements to rectify outstanding delinquencies on accounts
Determine the most appropriate plan of action to resolve past due accounts. Strong negotiation will be used to establish borrower payment plans
Provide pertinent account information and history information in order to educate the borrowers as to the seriousness of the issue at hand
Update demographic and other additional information on borrower accounts via the servicing system
Perform additional collection activities related to collections documents and reports
EDUCATION:
High school degree or equivalent required.
EXPERIENCE:
2 year customer service collection and general work experience preferred.
