- Experience: At least 3 years of hands-on experience as an Algorithm Engineer
- Education: . (or equivalent) in Computer Science Electrical Engineering Physics or a related quantitative field from a top-tier university
- Outstanding . graduates from leading universities are also encouraged to apply!
- Technical Expertise: Proven experience in one or more of the following fields: Motion Planning Decision Making Optimization Reinforcement Learning Guidance or LLM Fine-tuning
- Coding Skills: Proficiency in both Python and C (at a code-review standard)
- Bonus Points: Previous experience within a multi-disciplinary R&D team in robotics or autonomous systems
