Job Summary
Job Description
Position: Test Engineer
Organization: SUMMERVINE
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute test plans test cases and test scripts to ensure high-quality software products
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify software defects and troubleshoot issues
- Perform manual and automated testing to validate software functionality
- Create and maintain testing documentation
- Participate in regression testing performance testing and user acceptance testing
- Provide feedback and recommendations for improvements to the development team
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field
- Proven experience in software testing methodologies and tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
Desired Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in software testing
- Experience with test automation tools such as Selenium J or similar
- Knowledge of Agile development processes
- Experience in performance testing tools like JMeter is a plus
Salary & Benefits:
The salary for this position ranges from $98000 to $143000 per year depending on experience and qualifications. The package includes benefits such as healthcare retirement plans paid time off and opportunities for professional development.
