Description

As a Lead Administrative Assistant here at Honeywell you will play a crucial role in supporting our teams by managing administrative tasks and ensuring smooth operations within the organization. Your expertise will help streamline processes and enhance productivity across various this role you will impact the overall efficiency of the administrative functions contributing to the success of our teams and the organization as a whole.

You will report directly to our VP Legal Transformation and youll work out of our Phoenix AZ location on a Hybrid work schedule. Note: For the first 90 days New Hires must be prepared to work 100% onsite M-F.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to teams ensuring effective communication and coordination.
  • Manage schedules organize meetings and prepare necessary documentation for various projects.
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new employees providing training and support as needed.


Qualifications

YOU MUST HAVE

  • 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
  • Experience with scheduling and calendar management tools.
  • Familiarity with office management procedures and best practices.
