We are currently seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant.
Job Overview:
As our Administrative Assistant you will play a crucial role in supporting our team and ensuring the smooth operation of our office. You will be responsible for a variety of administrative and clerical tasks including but not limited to answering phone calls scheduling appointments managing office supplies and assisting with various projects as needed. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and advancement within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate person or department
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for team members
- Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages
- Prepare and process documents such as contracts and leases
- Maintain and update client and property databases
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office maintenance and repairs
- Order and maintain office supplies and equipment
- Assist with marketing and promotional activities including social media management
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the management team
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in office administration is a plus
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Professional and friendly demeanor
- Real estate experience is a plus but not required
