Job Summary
Citizen House is looking for a reliable and hardworking Dishwasher to join our culinary team. This role is essential to maintaining a clean organized and efficient kitchen environment. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work thrives in a fast-paced setting and supports the team by ensuring all dishes cookware and kitchen areas remain sanitary and ready for service.
Key Responsibilities-
Wash and sanitize dishes glassware flatware pots pans and kitchen equipment

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dish area and kitchen

Operate commercial dishwashing equipment safely and efficiently

Assist with basic kitchen cleaning tasks including sweeping mopping and trash removal

Restock clean dishes utensils and cookware to appropriate stations

Follow all food safety sanitation and workplace safety guidelines

Support kitchen staff as needed during busy service periods

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Strong attention to cleanliness and organization

Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic

Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs

Team-oriented attitude and willingness to help where needed

Previous dishwashing or kitchen experience is a plus but not required

Flexible scheduling available

Nights weekends and holidays may be required
