Job Summary
Due to continued growth and an expanding project backlog we are seeking a seasoned Electrical Engineering professional to support the planning development and execution of electrical infrastructure for commercial building projects. This role is well-suited for an experienced engineer prepared to assume technical leadership and oversee project delivery from initiation through closeout.
The selected candidate will be entrusted with a high level of responsibility including technical oversight team leadership and direct client engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and coordinate electrical power lighting and low-voltage system designs for commercial facilities
Lead electrical engineering efforts for assigned projects or oversee the complete electrical scope
Direct and mentor the engineering staff assigned to each project
Act as the primary technical liaison with clients consultants and internal stakeholders
Allocate personnel resources effectively to meet project demands
Monitor schedules workload distribution and milestone completion
Participate in cost forecasting fee management and budget performance review
Ensure designs meet applicable codes standards and project requirements
Required Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely related discipline
Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in commercial electrical system design
Advanced proficiency with AutoCAD drafting software
Working knowledge of Revit/BIM platforms is strongly preferred
Proven experience coordinating project teams and managing technical deliverables
Strong organizational communication and leadership capabilities
