- Data Analysis & Personalization:Leverage AI-driven personalization and analytics tools to track engagement measure ROI andoptimizecustomer journeys.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:Partner with Customer Success Product and Sales teams to create targeted campaigns that reduce churn and support expansion.
Required Qualifications
- Experience:35 years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on customer marketing lifecycle marketing or retention marketing preferably in B2B SaaS or technology.
- Platform Expertise:Hands-on experience with CRM tools (Salesforce) andknowledge or experience withmarketing automation platforms (MarketoWebflowHubspot).
- Analytical Skills:Strong analytical abilities with experience measuring engagement metrics (CTR Open Rates ROI) and using Google Analytics.
- Communication:Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate complextechnologyconcepts into engaging content.
- Education:Bachelors degree in Marketing Business ora relatedfield.
