Job Summary

What Youll Do
Maintain and repair air-cooled and water-cooled chillers
Troubleshoot chilled water systems pumps cooling towers and controls
Diagnose mechanical electrical and refrigeration issues
Perform preventive maintenance to keep systems running efficiently
Assist with equipment start-ups and system upgrades
Document service work using company software
Participate in on-call rotation for emergency service
What Were Looking For
3 years of commercial HVAC or chiller experience (Trane Carrier York or Daikin Chillers etc)
Experience with centrifugal screw or scroll chillers preferred
Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
Universal EPA Certification
Valid drivers license with clean driving record
Professional dependable and team-oriented
Comfortable using tablets and service software

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Comfortable working on rooftops ladders and mechanical rooms
Able to stand kneel climb bend and work with tools throughout the day
