Fitzgerald Auto Mall is seeking Inventory Acquisition Manager to add to our Fitz Buys Cars Team! We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused associates to join our team.

REQUIREMENTS

Previous customer service experience is preferred for this position. Those with experience in the hospitality call center telemarketing customer service mortgage financial and insurance industries are highly encouraged to apply. Qualified applicants should have a professional appearance high energy positive attitude and strong communication skills. A valid drivers license is required! RESPONSIBILITIES

Engage with 1st-party and 3rd-party leads interested in selling their vehicles
Contact potential sellers via phone text and email
Schedule in-person appointments for vehicle evaluations
Guide customers through the vehicle selling process
Provide a professional and customer-focused experience
Support the overall operations of the vehicle acquisition center
