Education
Other Graduate of accredited school of nursing Required
Bachelors Degree BSN Required
Experience
1 year experience as a Registered Nurse in an acute care setting Required
2 years experience in a Hospital setting as a Case Manager Preferred
Licenses
PA Registered Nurse License Required
Certified Case Manager Preferred
Multi State Compact RN License Required Or
Required Experience:
