As we embark on the next stage of our journey we are introducing a new product marketing role to help redefine how we bring new solutions to our customers with impact.

This newly established role will help bridge the gap between marketing product development and our this role you will work closely together with product management the insights team and regional stakeholders to help shape the way Nilfisk develops positions and launches products by ensuring that customer needs pain points and commercial opportunities are at the forefront of decision-making.

The role combines strategic input during product development with a strong focus on preparing early go-to-market strategies to deliver impactful customer-driven product the role of a Senior Manager Positioning and G2M you will be part of the Global Marketing organization and work in the Product Marketing team.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Lead the go-to-market (GTM) planning for new product introductions to ensure readiness across all commercial touchpoints.

  • Drive the development of commercially strong differentiated and clear value propositions for new products and solutions together with key stakeholders across the value chain.

  • Work cross-functionally with regional and global marketing sales and product teams to align objectives and execution strategies.

  • Partner with product management and customer insights team to embed customer needs and pain points into the early stages of product development.

  • Conduct market and competitive analyses to analyse how competitors are positioned in the market to ensure the messaging of the new products align with market opportunities and customer challenges.

  • Develop robust launch plans that integrate messaging and sales enablement to maximize market impact.

  • Define target audiences customer personas and positioning frameworks in collaboration with product management sales marketing and insights team.

  • Enable the product marketing launch managers to develop impactful value-based product marketing content and communication.

You bring applicable experience launching B2B products globally through various channels and with progressive product marketing techniques. You can plan and execute by working with a broad group of stakeholders across time zones.

With your self-driven self-starting and determined attitude you take initiative with enthusiasm. Your performance will be measured on your ability to influence and create the value proposition for the future propositions Nilfisk plans to bring to market.

You will also be measured on your ability to create a compelling story for our customers and partners on why they should engage with Nilfisk. Getting familiar with your stakeholder landscape which spans multiple functions will be key to your success.

Job Knowledge/Skills:

  • Proven experience in product marketing ideally within B2B or industrial solutions.

  • Strong background in market research customer insights and value proposition development.

  • Experience collaborating closely with product development teams.

  • Demonstrated ability to build and execute successful go-to-market strategies.

  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills with a strong ability to influence cross-functional teams.

  • Customer-centric mindset with a passion for understanding and solving customer pain points.

  • Your colleagues experience you as a team player who is passionate about what you do and can sell your ideas. You are a natural presenter that can get your message across.

  • You are expected to be fluent in English both written and oral. Danish is not a requirement.

Education and Experience:

  • You have a proven track record from /- 5-7 years experience in marketing roles (product marketing experience preferred)

  • BSc/BA in Marketing Communications or similar field

Travel Requirements:

  • Position requires up to 15-20 days of international travel per year
