Program & Strategy Lead – Landside Transformation

About the Role

We are looking for a curious analytical and impactdriven Program & Strategy Lead to support the transformation of Maersks Landside operations a multibilliondollar global business and a key operational priority.

This role helps bring strategic clarity program discipline and performance insight across the Landside transformation agenda. You will work as an individual contributor with strong crossfunctional influence partnering closely with regional operations engineering product analytics and transformation teams. The work is highly visible with exposure to Landside leadership and transformation forums.

What Youll Do

• Coordinate and support core governance and operating mechanisms to ensure alignment transparency and effective execution
• Help shape and evolve performance frameworks and KPIs using data to drive prioritisation and decisionmaking
• Own and drive horizontal initiatives that cut across processes products and regions
• Partner with Center and Area stakeholders to translate initiatives into measurable business and operational outcomes
• Support strategic problemsolving and communicate clear structured insights to enable leadership decisions
