Program and Strategy Lead

About the Role

We are looking for a highly analytical Program & Strategy Manager to support the transformation of Maersks Landside operations (Multi-billion global business). This role drives strategic clarity program discipline and performance improvement across our global landside network. You will work as an individual contributor with strong crossfunctional influence partnering with regional operations engineering product teams and transformation leaders. Landside transformation is an OP priority with broad exposure to ELT.

What Youll Do

• Coordinate core governance and operating mechanisms for theLandside Transformation Program ensuring alignment predictability and effective execution.
• Maintain and evolve theperformance frameworksfor the Landside Transformation
• Own key horizontal programs that span across process and product domains partnering with Center and Area stakeholders for its delivery

What You Bring

• 35 years in strategy consulting product or transformation roles.
• Exceptional analytical and problemsolving skills.
• Strong program management capability with experience coordinating multistakeholder initiatives.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills able to simplify complexity and drive alignment.
