Senior Energy Transition Manager

• Operationalise the Ocean decarbonisation roadmap by embedding anexecution framework connecting green fuel budgets asset and network plans and functional delivery.
• Establishand maintaingovernance cadence and performance management structures that enable consistent delivery against the Ocean decarbonisation roadmap and Business Plan emissions targets.
• Translate longterm decarbonisation pathways intoclear milestones accountabilities andintegrateddelivery plansacross relevant functions.
• Lead crossfunctional alignmentaroundexecution plans managing interdependencies risks and opportunitiesand supporting signoff by accountable leaders.
• Oversee SBTi Scope 1 delivery within the Business Plan horizon through performance tracking early issue identification and transparent communication of progress constraints and tradeoffs to senior leadership.
• Contribute directly where needed this is ahandson outcomefocusedroleaccountable for enabling results through strong execution systems not coordination alone.

• Senior experience deliveringcomplex crossfunctional strategic initiatives ideally within energy transition decarbonisation industrial transformation or large assetheavy organisations.
• Proven ability to design and runoperatingsystemsthat turn strategy into measurable outcomes.
• Masters degree or equivalent
• Experience working across budgets assets and operational planning processes.
• Clear structured communicator able to create alignment and accountability across diverse stakeholder groups.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience
