Penzeys Spices is seeking a full time Customer Service Supervisor in our Call Center assisting in providing leadership to our full and part time Call Center staff.
Successful candidates for this position will have the ability to calmly and confidently provide consistent leadership in a fun and at times fast paced environment. Kindness flexibility an eye for detail and the ability to communicate effectively are all required. This Supervisory position is an important liaison for all other departments impacted by Customer Service including: Quality Control IT Production Promotions Order Distribution and Retail Operations.
It is important for this position to provide a positive and optimistic leadership approach with the ability to communicate sincerely with customers and employees throughout the facility.
Many of the day to day tasks as a Customer Service Supervisor in the Call Center include
Position Schedule
Flexible Schedule includes 40 hours/5 days per week during our standard Call Center hours of:
Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
Saturday 9:00am-3:00pm
Sunday 11:00am-4:00pm
Rotating weekends is required
Additional hours may be required as needed
Position location will be a combination of onsite in our Brookfield Officewith the possibility of having some shifts work from home.

Many of the day to day tasks as a Customer Service Supervisor in the Call Center include
- supporting our Call Center staff in providing excellent customer service through incoming/outgoing phone calls and emails.
- communicating to Call Center staff details of all current and upcoming promotions.
- working with other Customer Service leadership in prioritizing needs and successfully communicating with resources outside of the Call Center.
- facilitating the order return process.
- coordinating communications entries and fulfillment for commercial and corporate orders.
- assisting in the ongoing development of the staff through the use of individual assessments.
- leading department meetings and participating in meetings with other warehouse leadership.
- other duties/projects as needed.
