Job Description:
The Call Center Agent at Compass Realty Inc serves as the primary point of contact for clients prospects and tenants handling inbound and outbound calls related to property inquiries sales rentals and services. This vital role ensures a prompt professional and accurate response to client needs while supporting the companys real estate operations and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls promptly and professionally from clients tenants and prospects.
- Make outbound calls to follow up on inquiries schedule property viewings or confirm appointments.
- Provide accurate information about property listings rental options purchase processes and company services.
- Document all interactions in the CRM system to maintain accurate client records.
- Resolve client questions concerns or complaints escalating issues to management when necessary.
- Assist in coordinating property viewings inspections or meetings with real estate agents.
- Maintain knowledge of current property listings promotions and company policies.
- Achieve call center performance targets including response time call quality and customer satisfaction metrics.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelors degree in Business Communications or related field preferred.
- Previous experience in call center customer service or real estate support role preferred.
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Ability to multitask and efficiently handle high call volumes.
- Professional demeanor and strong problem-solving skills.
