  • Employee: Up to $117000/year comprehensive benefits
  • Contractor: Up to $155000/year incentives

Back in Motion is growing its interdisciplinary treatment and Return to Work Program supporting clients with Trauma- and Stressor-Related Disorders. Join a passionate team delivering best-practice trauma treatment to individuals who have sustained psychological injuries at workincluding first responders and workers across various industries.

What Were Looking For

We are seeking Registered Psychologists who bring strong clinical skills and a commitment to evidence-based care. Ideally candidates will have two or more years of clinical experience and training in trauma-focused modalities such as:

  • Prolonged Exposure (PE)
  • Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)
  • Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT)


If you are new to trauma-focused work but passionate about supporting clients with psychological injuries we will provide specialized training mentorship and an opportunity to grow your expertise within a collaborative learning environment.

Registration with the College of Health & Care Professionals of British Columbia is required.


What You Will Do

In this role you will:

  • Conduct intake interviews and psychological assessments
  • Develop and deliver individualized return-to-work treatment plans
  • Provide evidence-based intervention to support recovery
  • Prepare clinical reports
  • Communicate with stakeholders as needed
  • Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team including Occupational Therapists Clinical Counsellors and Kinesiologists
