Back in Motion is growing its interdisciplinary treatment and Return to Work Program supporting clients with Trauma- and Stressor-Related Disorders. What Were Looking For

We are seeking Registered Psychologists who bring strong clinical skills and a commitment to evidence-based care. Ideally candidates will have two or more years of clinical experience and training in trauma-focused modalities such as:

Prolonged Exposure (PE)
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)
Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT)

If you are new to trauma-focused work but passionate about supporting clients with psychological injuries we will provide specialized training mentorship and an opportunity to grow your expertise within a collaborative learning environment.

Registration with the College of Health & Care Professionals of British Columbia is required.

What You Will Do

In this role you will:

Conduct intake interviews and psychological assessments
Develop and deliver individualized return-to-work treatment plans
Provide evidence-based intervention to support recovery
Prepare clinical reports
Communicate with stakeholders as needed
Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team including Occupational Therapists Clinical Counsellors and Kinesiologists
