Location: Rochester NY (14621)
Weekly Pay: $2139.50
Contract Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift & Schedule:
Day Shift: 7:00 AM 7:00 PM
312-Hour Shifts (36 Hours/Week)
Every Other Weekend Required
Position Overview
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse Medical Surgical / Telemetry to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced hospital environment. The RN will support patients requiring cardiac monitoring while delivering comprehensive Med-Surg nursing care.
Key Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care with a 1:51:7 nurse-to-patient ratio.
Monitor cardiac rhythms and dysrhythmias and respond to rapid response or code situations.
Perform IV therapy phlebotomy and peripheral line management.
Assist with respiratory support including nasal cannula oxygen masks portable oxygen and non-invasive airway management.
Follow infection control and isolation protocols.
Document patient care accurately using EPIC.
Float to other units within scope and competency when required.
Requirements
Active New York RN License (Required)
BLS Certification
Minimum 1 year of RN experience
EPIC charting experience preferred
First-time travelers welcome
Must be willing to float within skillset
