• Maintain organized filing systems and manage office supplies inventory.
• Communicate effectively with clients and vendors fostering positive relationships.
• Handle incoming calls and emails directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
• Support HR functions including onboarding new employees and maintaining records.

• Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
• High school diploma required; associates degree or higher preferred.
• Positive attitude with a customer-service orientation.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
