As aSenior TreasuryAnalysthere at Honeywell you willbe responsible for monitoringcash management activitiesoptimizingliquidity and ensuring effective financial operations within the Aerospace business. Yourexpertisewill drive improved cash flow management and financial performance contributing to the overall success of our organization.

You will report directly to our Regional TreasurerAmericasandyoullwork out of our New Yorkor Charlottelocation on aHybridwork schedule. Note: For the first 90 days New Hires must be prepared to work 100% onsite M-F.

In this role you willimpactthe financial health of Honeywells Aerospace business by implementing effective cash management strategies and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Your expertisewill enhance the companys ability to manage cash resources efficiently and support strategic initiatives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Monitordaily cash positions manage short-term liquidity and investment strategies.
  • Forecast cash flow needs and recommend funding strategies tooptimizeworking capital.
  • Leveragetreasurymanagement systemsto enhance cash management efficiency.
  • Prepare and deliveraccurateandtimelytreasury reports including cash flow forecasts varianceanalysesand bank reconciliations.
  • Support the preparation of quarterly and annualreportsfinancial disclosures related to treasury activities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of cash management strategies with businessobjectives.


Qualifications

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in cash management or treasury operations withdemonstratedprogression in responsibilities.
  • Strong understanding of cash forecasting liquidity management and financial risk assessment.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement effective cash management strategies that enhance financial performance.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
  • Proficiencyin treasury management systems and financial analysis tools.
