Administrative Assistant / Bookkeeper / Transaction Coordinator
Schedule: Full-time (flexible)
Location: Hybrid (some remote work available)
Liberty Core is a growing group of real estate consulting and business ventures seeking a highly organized Administrative Assistant / Transaction Coordinator to support the owner agents and affiliated companies.
This role supports real estate transactions bookkeeping operations and new business initiatives. We are looking for someone who thinks ahead stays organized and solves problems without needing constant direction.

Key Responsibilities
Real Estate Support
Manage transaction files from contract to close
Track deadlines and coordinate with title lenders and agents
Prepare contracts addenda and listing paperwork
Administrative Support
Manage schedules files and communications
Maintain CRM and client records
Assist with marketing and office coordination
Bookkeeping
Operations
Ideal Candidate
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities
Comfortable with administrative systems and technology
Professional communicator with clients and partners
Self-starter who takes ownership of work
Compensation: $30/hour
