Job Summary

Gather analyze and document business needs through workshops interviews and structured analysis.
Translate needs into clear deliverables: user stories acceptance criteria functional specs use cases and requirements traceability.
Model and optimize endtoend processes (BPMN capability maps TOM).
Contribute to customerfocused change: customer journeys omnichannel concepts and service/designthinking workshops.
Set up and run PMO structures: governance reporting risks dependencies resource/portfolio overviews and executiveready updates.
Prepare and facilitate project routines (SteerCo working groups) including minutes and decision logs.
Coordinate delivery across business IT and vendor teams in classic/agile/hybrid environments.
Support test management UAT/acceptance activities and golive coordination.

You have experience as Business Analyst and/or PMO in complex business/IT environments.
You have hands-on experience with AI tools (Copilot ChatGPT or similar).
You have strong skills in requirements engineering structured documentation analytical thinking and stakeholder communication
You have a proven ability to produce highquality deliverables (reports logs specs executive content).
You have abachelors degree in Business Economics Finance Information Systems Computer Science Industrial Engineering Management or related fields.
You are fluent in German and English
You are comfortable interacting with senior stakeholders and communicating clearly across cultures and disciplines
You are familiar with common delivery toolsets (any of the following):Jira/Confluence MiroClarity SAP (PMO/financial steering contexts)SQL Postman/SoapUI (analysis/testing support contexts)
