Job Summary

Design configure maintain ContiTechs global Windows Client Environment based on Windows 11 and MDT
Design configure maintain (future) Windows Client Environment based on Intune and Autopilot
Design implement maintain global tools related to ContiTechs Windows Client service (interfacing with Active Directory MDT SQL-based databases)
Responsible for operational task advanced testing & documentation within the Windows Client area
Provider Management for 2nd and 3rd Level Provider
Knowledge management and knowledge transfer to local IT Administrator community and external service providers
Project coordination work and project related tasks related to Windows Client
Design configure maintain ContiTechs global MAC Client environment (based on Intune)

Qualifications :

Degree in IT System Engineer Information Technology Degree or equivalent
Willingness and ability to work in a global distributed team
Minimum 3 years experience in Windows (10) client area
Good Knowledge of Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot
Good knowledge of network infrastructure and Active Directory integration
Knowledge in Client deployment mechanisms (MDT SCCM etc.)
Good knowledge of scripting (especially PowerShell)
Good communication skills: Fluent in English language
Good Knowledge of MacOS
Basic Knowledge of SQL
Other Competencies and Skills
- Service teamwork and customer focus
- Working in virtual teams
2 to 3 years experience supporting Microsoft Windows environments
Knowledge about ITIL ITSM SCRUM
