Facility: New 90-Bed Acute Care Hospital (Opening Spring 2026)
Employment Type: Full-Time

Compensation:
$35.77/hr $49.18/hr (based on experience)
$10000 Sign-On Bonus
Relocation Assistance Available

Schedule:
Day Shift 7:30 AM 4:00 PM
Staggered Schedule Weekend Rotation Required

Position Overview:
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking a Physical Therapist to join a new state-of-the-art acute care hospital with a 30-bed inpatient rehabilitation unit. The role involves evaluating patients developing individualized treatment plans providing therapeutic interventions monitoring progress and educating patients and families while collaborating with a multidisciplinary care team.

Key Responsibilities:
Assess patient mobility strength and functional abilities
Develop and implement personalized therapy plans
Provide therapeutic exercises manual therapy and mobility training
Monitor patient progress and maintain clinical documentation
Educate patients and families on recovery and safety
Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams

Qualifications:
State Licensed Physical Therapist
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
BLS certification within 30 days of start
1 year experience preferred (New graduates welcome)
