Job Summary
In this role you will impact Honeywells contract management function and overall business operations. By effectively managing and overseeing the execution of contracts this role will ensure that Honeywell operates in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements mitigating risks and protecting the companys interests.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end contract lifecycle including negotiation drafting and review.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and provide strategic advice.
- Ensure compliance with company policies procedures and applicable laws and regulations.
Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE
- 6 years of experience managing/negotiating contracts.
- Strong knowledge of contract law and commercial terms and conditions.
- Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously.
- Experience in leading and developing a team.
- Proficiency in contract management software and tools.
WE VALUE
- Bachelors Degree in Business Law or a related field.
- 8 years of experience in contract management.
- Ability to analyze and interpret terms and conditions.
- Attention to detail and ability to work across functions.
- Strong organization and project management skills.
Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations candidate must be a U.S. citizen U.S. permanent resident or have asylum or refugee status in the U.S.
