About the role:

The Seasonal Operations Assistant provides flexible operational support to the Trip Development team during a period of expanded coverage and maternity leaves. This role supports both the Data Quality and Supplier Operations teams with a variety of administrative operational and project-based tasks to help ensure deliverables remain on track for smooth execution.

Success in this role requires strong organization attention to detail and the ability to shift priorities quickly in a fast-paced environment. The Seasonal Operations Assistant will help keep projects moving forward by taking on tasks that can be delegated from team members allowing core staff to stay focused on critical operational responsibilities during peak season.

What youll be doing:

  • Provide general operational and administrative support to the Data Quality and Supplier Operations teams.
  • Assist with data entry data validation and quality checks in company systems to ensure trip and vendor information is complete and accurate.
  • Support progress tracking for operational deadlines and readiness milestones.
  • Help prepare organize and review vendor documentation permits and service agreements as needed.
  • Assist with project coordination tasks such as compiling reports organizing files and tracking deliverables.
  • Support system updates and process changes associated with ongoing operational improvements.
  • Help identify and flag data discrepancies or missing information for follow-up.
  • Take on ad hoc tasks and special projects to help teams stay on track during peak season.

What youll need to be successful:

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable working with data and digital systems.
  • Proficiency in common workplace tools (e.g. spreadsheets document management systems).
  • Experience in administrative operations or project support roles preferred.
  • Experience working in fast-paced or deadline-driven teams preferred.

Work Environment

  • This is a SEASONAL position starting in April and ending in October of 2026
  • On-Site Berkeley CA
  • 4 days in-office 1 day work from home (Wednesday)
