The Lobby Bar one of the most stunning rooms in London transforms from an airy space for a coffee by day to a buzzing cocktail bar by night filled with glamorous guests and discerning drinkers. The Punch Room a modern reincarnation of Londons 19th-century private clubs. Designed to be an intimate space away from the Soho crowds where guests can taste30 specialty punches including the signature EDITION house punchand listen to a curated soundtrack of soul blues ragtime and doo-wop is complemented by impromptu live performances.
As Nightlife Manager you will:
- Work closely with the Bars Manager to oversee the day-to-day operation of the internationally acclaimed Lobby Bar and Punch Room.
- Be a leader that motivates a team and maintains high team focus by showing co-operation and support
- Manage the floor and flow of guests throughout our bars
- Thrive in a busy high-volume environment and be flexible and respond quickly and positively to changing requirements
Our most successful Nightlife Manager has:
- Natural ability to build relationships with people and have a true passionfor nightlife food and drink and most importantly our guests
- A true understanding of enchanting service and excellent attention to detail
- Exceptional drinks knowledge.
This role is hands-on and requires flexibility with working hours and the ability to work weekends and nights
