Were looking for a Head of Business & Transformation to join us at Customer Operations Telia!

Im Marcus Lindblad Head of B2B Development at Customer Operations within Telia. Im looking for a Head of Business & Transformation who can elevate a highperforming team increase our delivery capability and strengthen our ability to drive measurable value.

Telia is undergoing one of the most significant transformations in the companys our team we own the part that determines whether change actually sticks creates adoption and drives business impact. When we do our job right transformation happens faster with higher precision and with real customer and business value. If we fail - everything else becomes noise

What youll do:
You will lead a team positioned at the intersection of business transformation and readiness. Your responsibility is to ensure that Telias most critical changesland in the business and generate measurable impact.

You will:

  • Drive and develop Telias transformation and readiness capability in line with business priorities.
  • Lead a team with senior specialists that deliver consistently predictably and with high quality - even under pressure.
  • Ensure the team is correctly skilled focused and prepared for upcoming initiatives.
  • Lead collaboration with projects programs workstreams and strategic forums - with clear mandate.
  • Partner with Customer Operations to secure smooth implementation and business value.
  • Establish structures focus and ways of working that drive progress not just activity.
  • Translate strategic direction into actionable steps that lead to tangible measurable improvements.

You need to be a leader who:

  • Takes ownership of results not process.
  • Are passionate about coaching and have experience in developing senior specialists.
  • Has the drive to push clarity performance and movement even when the environment is ambiguous.
  • Is bold proactive and clear in communication and leadership.
  • Can understand complexity but distill it into decisions and actionable steps.
  • Builds focus prioritization and effectiveness - not just better organization.
  • Is confident enough to challenge me the business and the team when needed.
  • Gets motivated by real outcomes: improved performance better predictability fewer misses faster delivery.

You have a background that proves you can lead in complexity deliver through others and drive real business impact and not just activity.

Specifically you need to have:

  • 10 years of experience in customer-facing and/or transformation-heavy environments within B2B.
  • Proven leadership in complex organizations where you have led senior specialists and elevated team capability and not just managed tasks.
  • Experience in leading senior specialists in transformative projects or programs with clear results in terms of impact adoption and measurable business outcomes.
  • A track record of improving performance delivery precision or operational ways of working backed by tangible results.
  • Experience turning strategic business goals into concrete team-level execution with a clear line of sight from intent to outcome.
  • Strong grounding in business development customer service development or similar areas where complexity change and ambiguity are part of daily reality.
  • Ability to influence across functions and shape direction not just participate in it.
