The Sr. Business Development Representative isresponsiblefor generating a quality new business pipeline for the salesforcethrough a combination of inbound and outbound efforts. They also may serve as the main point of contact todeveloprelationshipswith incoming calls and web inquiries.
KeyResponsibilities:
Developrapport with contacts by offering resources (webinar invitations white papers relevant blog articles etc.) andunderstandingwhere the prospect is in the buying process
Transform Marketingleadsto sales opportunities that meet a minimum qualification criterion (BANT/MEDDICC) by educating and challenging prospective buyers
Partner with field sales representatives on targeting account planning andcompetitivestrategies
Engagein outbound prospecting including cold calling and leveraging intent data to generate interest
Assist in live inbound chats and phone calls and follow-up via phone and email onleadsfrom the webevents email campaigns etc.; ask for referrals
Follow best practices for maintaining database accuracy and completeness by updating records regularly
Expand on crucial buying personas and units in target companies (via internal and external subscription databases LinkedIn etc.)
Engagewithsocialmedia channels todeveloprelationshipsandinteractwith prospects andcustomerseffectively.
Minimum Qualifications:
Equivalent experience (2years)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Swedish and English Danish knowledge is nice to have
Displays a sense ofcuriosityand problem-solving in uncovering prospect/customerneeds
Demonstrated ability to listenactively
Comfortable reaching out to new contacts via phone and other channels and creatingrapport
Ability to constantly prioritize work withexcellenttimemanagementskills
Resourceful and able toadaptquickly to a changingenvironment
Ability towork independentlyand as part of a team
Inspiredto exceed definedindividualand team targets and quotas
Comfortable with remote and distributed teams as well asflexiblework arrangements
Additional Requirements:
Salesforce and LeadManagementplatforms (Salesloft 6Sense) experience is a plus
Business-related application skills (e.g. Outlook Word Excel PowerPoint)
Savvy withsocialselling blogging video as well as all digitalcollaborationinstruments is a plus
