Business Controller

Your role

As a Business Controller at Surveillance you will play an important role and work with the Business Areas overall financial planning and reporting. Your goal will be to generate a positive business impact drive the financial planning process and provide early indicators and financial analysis to management. You will work closely with the financial management team at Surveillance.

Your main responsibilities are:

• Coordinate and manage the Monthly closing Forecast and Budget process

• Monthly reporting

• Forecast and Budget reporting

• Financial Business Plan reporting

• Financial analysis for Actuals Forecast Budget and Business Plan

• Ad-hoc analysis

• Drive efficiency initiatives (Capital efficiency and margin improvement)

• Drive development projects (Processes tools digitalization and ways of working)

Your profile

We believe you possess strong business acumen and strategic awareness complemented by a relevant academic degree and extensive experience in financial planning analysis budgeting and reporting.

We are seeking a candidate with significant experience in business control who values honesty integrity and fairness. You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills and a solution-oriented approach.

Effective communication both verbally and in writing in English and Swedish is essential for this role. Building strong relationships within and across functions is also crucial. Above all your proactive and positive attitude will be key to your success.

This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around/of security protection. For positions requiring security clearance additional obligations on citizenship may apply.
