Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end project delivery ensuring scope schedule budget and quality targets are met.
- Oversee system operations including SLA performance change management patching and vendor management.
- Coordinate closely with users vendors government agencies and internal project teams.
- Provide technical support and guidance for system-related issues.
- Monitor project progress manage risks/issues and prepare status reports.
- Ensure compliance with government security and procurement practices.
- Drive process improvements and support a collaborative team environment.
Requirements
- Singapore Citizen or PR only for client requirement.
- Degree in IT Computer Science Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 6 years of ICT project management or service delivery experience (preferably government-related).
- Experience with IT Infrastructure and IT Security.
- Strong communications stakeholder management and vendor coordination skills.
- Certifications such as PMP PRINCE2 ITIL or CITPM preferred.
- Knowledge of GIS data analytics or ETL is a bonus.
