What Youll Do
As a Service Technician youll be on the front lines of safety and customer service ensuring propane systems are properly installed maintained and repaired. Your daily work will reflect our core values: Integrity Trust Curiosity Inclusivity and Passion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set maintain and repair propane tanks and cylinders
- Install service lines to homes and facilities per all applicable regulations
- Perform leak tests and gas system inspections
- Troubleshoot and repair propane systems and appliances
- Ensure safe compliant operation of company vehicles and equipment
- Deliver propane when needed
- Provide excellent customer service and represent Pinnacle with professionalism
- Respond to emergency calls and work flexible hours as needed
- Complete required documentation using company technology
What Youll Need
- Valid Class A CDL with HazMat Tanker and Air Brake endorsements
- 1 year of experience operating a Class A commercial vehicle
- Clean driving record (no major violations in the last 5 years)
- Ability to lift carry and maneuver up to 60 lbs
- Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written)
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Commitment to safety teamwork and customer satisfaction
- Must pass a criminal background check and drug/alcohol screening
