Description:
Primarily field technician work being dispatched to customer sites. IT Field Technician I tasks include driving to client sites and providing general IT support to multiple customers (retailers banks etc.) running break-fix and IMAC calls and supporting clients. The level of support will vary depending on the customer but will include printer laptop server network and other technology devices. We are looking for an experienced Laser Printer Technician with hands-on experience working with Lexmark HP Plotter and large format printers and with strong break-fix hardware repair and OEM service experience.
Maintains analyzes troubleshoots and repairs computer systems hardware and computer peripherals. Documents maintains upgrades or replaces hardware and software systems. Supports and maintains user account information including rights security and systems groups. Trains employees identifies analyzes and repairs product failures orders and replaces parts as needed. Determines and recommends which products or services best fit the customers needs. May require an associates degree or its equivalent and entry level - 3 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts practices and procedures within a particular field. Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Works under immediate supervision. Primary job functions do not typically require exercising independent judgment. Typically reports to a project leader or manager.

Diagnose and resolve issues with large format printers kiosks and POS systems.
Install configure and maintain hardware and software.
Perform routine maintenance to optimize equipment performance.
Deliver clear technical assistance to customers onsite and over the phone.
Maintain accurate service records and uphold quality standards.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge of printers computer hardware and software.
Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently or in a team.
Physical capability to lift to 50 lbs.
