We are seeking a talented individual to join our Global Mobility Solutions team at Mercer Marsh Benefits. Ideally the successful candidate for this role will be based in Dublin however we can be flexible to accommodate working from any of our other European offices. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. Home working roles will also be considered.

Business Support Analyst

The Global Mobility Solutions team within MMB Europe provides advice and solutions to multinational clients in international health insurance and group risk solutions.

Within your role youll be managing policy administration including Membership adjustments & audits invoicing queries (claims & benefits) as part of a friendly and experienced team who will support and train you. You play a key part in the renewal and new business process including drafting & executing quotation requests and supporting the creation of recommendation reports.

Additionally you will be exposed to a variety of challenges such as supporting the consulting team in gathering organising entering and analysing data using Excel spreadsheets to be used for various client projects.

We will count on you to:

• Complete anti-money laundering checks setting up of policies client engagement drafting of quote request and draft renewal reports

• New Business Setting up client records and New Business reports

• Deliver analytical support to the Consulting team and clients in line with MMBs Targets

• Build strong working relationships with the Consulting Team wider Global Mobility Solutions teams across Europe Clients and Providers to ensure the best service for our clients

What you need to have:

• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a demanding work environment

• Excellent communication skills and previous experience of managing stakeholders

• Strong Administration time management and organisational skills

• Experience of Customer service
